Josh is a civil litigation attorney whose practice focuses on representing clients in complex disputes across a variety of industries. He has experience handling matters in both state and federal courts, with an emphasis on complex maritime litigation, premises liability, personal injury, general liability, and insurance defense, including cases involving cruise lines and related entities.

Josh brings a detail-oriented and strategic approach to his practice, developed through his work on a broad range of litigation matters. He has represented clients through all phases of the litigation process, from initial case evaluation and discovery to motion practice and resolution, while maintaining a strong commitment to achieving efficient and favorable outcomes.

Prior to joining Mase Seitz Briggs, Josh worked at a mid-sized litigation defense firm where he concentrated on insurance defense matters. This experience provided him with a solid foundation in defending claims and honing his litigation skills.

Josh earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2021. During law school, he participated in the John T. Gaubatz Moot Court Competition and was involved in the Litigation Skills Program, further developing his advocacy and courtroom skills. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in 2018, graduating cum laude with a minor in real estate and a specialization in pre-law.

In his free time, Josh enjoys playing golf, tennis, eating at Miami’s best restaurants with his fiancée, and constantly being let down by his favorite sports teams.
