Born in St. Martin, but raised in Miami, Florida, Charlotte has always felt a strong connection to the maritime community. She’s often lived surrounded by ocean water.

After graduating high school, Charlotte ventured outside of Miami and attended the University of Florida where in 2019 she received a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Criminology, with minors in Communication Studies and Business Administration. While at the University of Florida, she dedicated significant time to Dance Marathon, the largest student-run and highest fundraising philanthropy in the Southeast United States. Her passion for the Miracle Network community was solidified after she completed the 26.2-hour dance marathon in her freshman year with a torn Achilles tendon. Charlotte spent the rest of her undergraduate career working with the multimedia team, which allowed her to spend time honing her passion for photography, while working closely with the Miracle Network families.

After graduating from the University of Florida, Charlotte ventured out-of-state to attend Wake Forest University School of Law. At Wake Law, she was on the executive boards of the Latinx Law Student Association, Women in Law organization and Journal of Law & Policy.

During her second summer of law school, Charlotte interned as a Law Clerk with Mase Seitz Briggs and assisted on sex assault, slip-and-fall, and other personal injury cases. She spent her last year of law school expanding her education in the torts realm by taking products liability and a toxic torts class. After graduating Wake Law in 2022, Charlotte joined the firm as an Associate. Since joining the firm as a barred attorney, Charlotte has worked on overboard cases, sexual assaults, physical assaults and medical negligence cases.

In her free time, Charlotte enjoys being walked by her two dogs, boating, reading and travelling. Charlotte is fluent in Italian and Spanish.
