Lani is an associate attorney at Mase Seitz Briggs with a diverse legal background spanning commercial litigation, estate planning, and probate and trust administration.
Lani brings a versatile and detail-oriented approach to her practice, shaped by her experience across multiple areas of civil law. She has represented clients through a wide range of legal matters, from litigation and discovery to estate administration and post-death tax filings, including assisting surviving spouses with IRS Form 706 filings for portability of a deceased spouse's unused Federal Estate Tax Exemption. This breadth of experience gives her a well-rounded perspective when approaching new and varied legal challenges.
Prior to joining Mase Seitz Briggs, Lani worked at a Florida-based insurance defense firm, where she focused on Commercial Litigation, followed by a position concentrating on Trusts and Estates Law.
Lani earned her Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law in 2023. During law school, she was involved in the Women's Law Symposium, the Business Law Society, and served as a Board Member for Raising the Bar. While in law school, Lani completed a study abroad program with Erasmus University in Rotterdam, The Netherlands where her studies focused on comparative international law with a particular interest in corporate governance and contracts. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida in 2018, earning a Bachelor of Arts in English – Creative Writing with Honors. Lani is a proud member of the Florida Bar, the Craig S. Barnard American Inn of Court, and the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division.
Ms. Page is a Florida native from Tallahassee who has lived throughout the Panhandle, Central Florida, and South Florida. In her free time, Lani enjoys reading and collecting antique books, exploring the area with her dogs, watching true crime documentaries, and finding new plants to add to her collection.





Blue Martini failed to properly check his identification and verify his age, and served him copious amounts of alcohol. After leaving the bar and while walking back to his dorm intoxicated, he was hit by a car while attempting to cross a street in the wee hours of the morning, suffering a traumatic brain injury (TBI).
The Southwest Florida Area Local-American Post Workers’ Union in Fort Myers, Florida was not given work they were promised and was owed back-pay. The United States Postal Service refused to pay and we brought a suit on behalf of the union.
A man engaged in non-consensual sexual relations with another man and his girlfriend. Unbeknownst to our client, the man had a sexually transmitted disease, which our client contracted. We brought a claim for failing to disclose his medical condition and obtained a confidential pre-suit multimillion dollar settlement of over $4,000,000.
