DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Office staff hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
- Placement and management of insurance and benefits.
- Coordinate scheduling, calendaring, and communications across attorneys and support teams.
- Implement and maintain office policies, procedures, and compliance protocols.
- Support attorneys with trial preparation logistics and case management systems.
- IT, HR, and liaise with external service providers to maintain operational efficiency.
- Assist with special events
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year college degree preferred).
- Prior experience in office management or administration, preferably in a law firm setting.
- Strong financial acumen and business background are advantageous.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with legal practice management software, and general IT support.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
