DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
- Managing cases from inception through trial.
- Maintaining and organizing client documents and discovery materials.
- Analyzing and digesting legal documents and medical records.
- Vetting of witnesses and experts.
- Communicatino with experts.
- Trial preparation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to multitask and work efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience involving personal injury at the state and federal levels.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies/Legal Studies, or, Paralegal Certificate with 3-5 years of paralegal experience.
