Background
Michelle A. Diaz is an attorney at Mase Mebane Seitz bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to our award-winning legal team. Michelle has developed strong ties in the legal community across the state. She has represented clients in both state and federal court covering a wide array of matters including: admiralty and maritime, automobile third party, insurance coverage disputes, first party, personal injury, premises liability, and wrongful death cases.
Michelle graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Affairs, as well as a minor in French in 2013. Michelle then pursued her Juris Doctor at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where she was a Dean’s Merit Scholarship Recipient and an Articles Editor for the Nova Law Review. Michelle graduated Cum Laude from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 2017. Michelle is multilingual, able to communicate with English, Spanish and French-speaking clients and partners.
