Jessica Blom is a senior litigation paralegal with more than 10 years of experience focusing on personal injury law in South Florida. Born and raised in Miami (South Florida), Jessica learned early on the importance of dedication and serving her community. She graduated from Florida International University with a B.A. in Public Administration and is an active participant in many community non-profit organizations, including the Alzheimer’s Association and Dress for Success.
She began working as a paralegal because of her passion for helping people and protecting those who have been seriously injured. Since joining the firm, she focuses on fighting for those injured in a wide range of accidents, including: automobile accidents, boating accidents, slip and falls, products liability, liquor liability, sexual assaults, negligent security, dog bites, jet ski injuries, motorcycle accidents, dive injuries, and cruise ship injuries.
Jessica has many skills that she uses to help our clients get the justice they deserve. Her unique investigative expertise was a large contributing factor to the settlement of the Reidy vs. Blue Martini Boca matter, which settled for $11,000,000. She also provided assistance in the Jones vs. Allstate Indemnity Company, a case where our client had to sue her own insurance company to pay for injuries sustained after a rear-ended car accident. The jury awarded our client $430,496.11.
Over the years, Jessica has assisted in dozens of jury and non-jury matters in Florida and across the country. Liability for alcohol service to minors, maritime injuries and sexual assaults are her particular focus areas. If you have been injured in Miami, South Florida, or elsewhere in Florida, Jessica can help you.
