A man carrying a concealed weapon was injured when his gun fell out of his pocket onto the ground, causing shrapnel to lodge into his foot. Doctors were unable to help our client. Importantly, in the gun’s manual, the gun manufacturer represented that the gun was safe for concealed carrying because it would not discharge if dropped. As a result of this gross misrepresentation we sued the gun manufacturer, which confidentially settled the matter for a substantial sum.
